Our Rules are set in place to keep peace and order in DBD. If broken, there will be consequences.
1] "The Golden Rule":
Treat all members with the respect that you would expect them to treat you with. The rank of the member is irrelevant. Harrassment, racism, threatening to hack, or just straight out being rude, are examples of disrespect.

2] Age Requirements:
All DBD members must be thirteen years of age or older to join. Their are exceptions however, depending on your maturity level. If you are mature enough, you will be recruited into DBD as a Newblood.

3] Uniforms:
Your uniform consists of your primary armor color (halo only) and your motto. Your uniform must be correct at all times. It is in place so people can know what squad you are in and your rank within that squad. Exceptions include machinimas, Game Battles matches, etc.

4] Multi-Memberships:
You can not be in any other community or clan on Xbox Live. Exceptions include, Game Battles teams, MLG Teams, Forge Teams, Machinima Groups, etc.

5] Sportsmanship:
Teabagging, excessive trash talking, Body bumping or any form of insulting behavior towards another DBD member is prohibited. Any of this in matchmakingis allowed but frowned upon, for it can hurt the reputation of DBD.

6] Squad Issues:
If there are any problems within your squad, keep it within your squad. Bring it to you Colonel or General to deal with. If furthur problems occur or the leaders of the squad can't fix it then bring it up into the Divisional staff.

7] Practice:
Practices are held on most nights in every squad. It is greatly preferred that you show up to at least one practice a week. If the general chooses, they may make this mandatory.

8] "Rage Quit!!":
If you are playing a game with DBD members, do not quit just because you are losing. If you have a legit reason, and need to leave the game, than inform the DBD members you are with.

9] Actively Recruiting:
If you are not at least making an attempt to recruit for your squad, it is unlikely that you will rank-up as an officer. You will more than likely not get demoted for not recruiting, but you may not get promoted.

10] Splitting Regulations:
A squad is eligible to split when it has at least 80 members, has been cleansed at least once, has seven officers not including the general, and has an active colonel to take over.

11] Squad Transfers:
If you are wanting any transfer out of a squad, you must first get the General, and Co-Founder of both squads' approval. Their may be a recruiting goal set by your current general that you must meet before you can transfer. You may not transfer without meeting these requirements.

The Consequences:
First Violation: Warning
Second Violation: Demotion
Third Violation: Removal from DBD (possible blacklist if severe enough)
*NOTE*- Demotions, Removals, and Blacklists can all be overturned by The Council. If you request an appeal, The Council may approve or decline your request. If approved, the council will look over all the evidence and then re-vote.
