Your rank in DBD is not measured by your gaming skills. It is measured by your leadership skills. Requirements consist of recruiting, leadership skills, and changing your gamertag to have "DBD" infront of it.

Division Leader:

          The Division Leader is responsible with Running the division he/she is over with the help of the Co-Division leader. The Division leader is responsible for everything that goes on within the division. At least once a month the Division leader will call a division meeting for generals or higher. The Division leader will conduct these meetings to know everything going on within his/her division. The Division Leader can Promote all positions. The Division Leader also updates all the rosters of the squads within his/her division.

Co Division Leader:

          The Co Division Leader helps the Division Leader run the divison. The Division and Co Division Leader work together to make sure the division is running smoothly. The Co Division Leader may be asked to conduct the monthly Division meeting if the Division Leader is not present. The Co Division Leader can promote Co Founders and Founders with the Division Leader's consent.

Founder:

          The Founders job is to oversee and advise the squads he/she is over. The Founder may step in and help Generals in a time of need. Founders overlook two Co Founders, and the 4-6 corresponding squads. Founders should try to show up to each of their squads practices at least once a week (If possible). Founders can promote Generals with the permission of the Division Leader.

Co Founder:

          The Co Founders are to work with their squads Generals and assist in any way possible. If the General is gone in times of importance, the Co Founder will step in as acting General of the squad. Co Founders should try to show up to each of their squads practices at least twice a week. Co-Founders look over 2-3 squads. Co Founders can promote to anyone in squad as long as general knows in a squad. The Co-Founder also helps update the rosters of the squads they're over.

General:

          The Generals is meant to run his/her squad. The General makes decisions within his/her squad. They make sure that their squad runs smoothly and the rules are followed. The General may host tournaments within their squad. The General must have a "Gen Tag" to keep track of the squads members. Generals can promote from Newbloods to Colonel. The General must make sure to assign and remind captain to make practice schedule and if one is not received then make it yourself and the Captain gets a warning. There is only one General per squad.

Colonel:

          The Colonels act as the squads "Second in Command". The Colonels should keep the squad running smoothly while the General is away. The Colonels may promote up to Master Sergeant, but must let the General know after you have done so. The Colonels are next in line to take a General position. There are two Colonels per squad. The colonel with the most potential to be General will be promoted when splitting occurs.

Captain:

          Captains host practices, get to know everyone in the squad, and maintain a leadership-like attitude to set good examples for the lower ranks. Showing commitment and leadership will get you promoted. One Captain is to make a practice schedule for the squad each week and send it to the squad gen tag. This particular Captain needs to be assigned by the general and reminded on thursday of that week to make the schedule. Also a Captain must get at least one recruit a week to keep their rank. Failure to do this will result in the disciplinary order to come into effect. There are four Captains per squad.

Lieutenant:

          Lieutenants are meant to hold practices, and make sure that everyone is in uniform at all times. Maintaining a leadership-like attitude not only will show your General that you are ready for a promotion, but it sets a good example for lower ranks. Also a Lieutenant must get at least one recruit a week to keep their rank. Failure to do this will result in the disciplinary order to come into effect. There are five Lieutenants per squad.

Master Sergeant:

          Master Sergeants do not really have resonsibilities other than setting a good example for lowers ranks. Master Sergeants are only allowed to host practices if a Captain or higher is present. Master Sergeant is the highest rank you can be without having "DBD" infront of your gamertag. Also a Master Sergeant must get at least one recruit a week to keep their rank. Failure to do this will result in the disciplinary order to come into effect.

Staff Sergeant:

          A Staff Sergeants only focus is to recruit. Recruiting and coming to practices is all that matters to a Staff Sergeant. To get promoted to Master Sergeant, a Staff Sergeant must have a total of 4 recruits within their time in DBD.

Sergeant:

          As a Sergeant, you can now recruit! To get promoted to Staff Sergeant, a Sergeant must get a total of 2 recruits within their time in DBD.

Corporal:

          Corporals have no responsibilities other than being active. As a corporal, you can not recruit, but you can sit in on a recruiting. To get promoted to a Sergeant, Corporals must attend 3 practices and Mock Recruit a Lieutenant or higher.

Private:

          Meet new people. Get promoted by coming to 2 practices.

New Blood:

          Meet new people and show that you are mature enough to be a full DBD member. Get promoted by being in DBD for 5 days and showing that you are mature and respectful.
